At Yvora Supply, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Opened personal care or hygiene products
- Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5โ10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us, yvora.supply@gmail.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us and we'll guide you through the process.
